Chucky Sweater and Tights
I hope everyone is having a fabulous Monday! So, sweater weather hasn’t fully hit Texas yet! I’m kinda jealous of all of the beautiful pictures of people enjoying the seasonal weather. I’m only jealous for a nano second. #ICANT #ICANNOT with cold weather!
Anyway, I am wearing this sweater as a dress! I have silk shorts underneath. This sweater was super inexpensive! Have you ever heard of SHEIN? It’s a company based out of Singapore. It took about a week for me to get my items, but for the price it was worth the wait! Check them out!

We are almost to Friday!
How are the workouts coming along? I know I have a ton on my blog! Don’t worry, I know it’s nice to have fresh workouts. This week has been rough as far as my workouts are concerned. I managed to do a ton of cardio over the Thanksgiving holiday, but not much weightlifting. My body is a little sore today.
So, good news!
Blogging is a lot of work, I’m not sure if some people know this or not. My blog is my passion, and I love it! I love to spread awareness, and share what has worked for me and was hasn’t.
I try to describe a lot of my workouts within the weekly workout, but I know that’s not always helpful. I have decided to post short video clips for guidance! Some of the video’s will be uploaded to my blog, but video’s take up a lot of space. All of my video’s will be linked to my YouTube Channel! Don’t worry, I will have all of the details when we go live! I’m excited! Great things are coming! Lesley and Eve will be offering Health Coaching, as well as exercise demo’s, and much more!!!

Repeat X 4! The goal is limited rest!
25 Jumping squats
10 Shoulder Press (Use 8, 10, or 12 pound weight’s) If you don’t have weight’s add 5 push-ups each round!
25 Push-ups, modify as needed
25 Mountain climbers
2 Minute Abs- Perform as many sit-ups as possible in 2 minutes! You may break as needed, but the goal is max effort!
