Hey! I hope everyone is doing well today! THIS TEXAS HEAT THO! It’s crazy to think that the weather hasn’t reached the level of miserable yet. N-E-Way, I hope the last few workouts have been helpful! I feel like I am in the worst possible shape of my life, do you ever feel that way? Kind of like you are dragging dead weight…LOL! Things always seem to go well, and then….PLUNK! Am I right. Dang, I have had more medical issues in the last year than I think I have had in my entire life. I’m always honest, I have to be careful because I have a non-reboundable personality. I have started meditating, everyday. It has been very helpful. I am looking forward to having surgery soon, and working on my inner and outer health!

Hey! I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had a few moments of off the wall rain over the weekend, and then sunshine! Texas is so weird sometimes! I didn’t do N-E-THING! But, I said I wasn’t going to do anything, and I kept my promise. My son loves to take photo’s, so I took him to a few places to take a few cool snaps. I dragged myself out of my chase and threw on this little dress! I have those days where I have to force myself to move. This dress is gorgeous! I was kinda meh about it when It was sent to me as a suggestion, but it looks better on than it did folded up in the box.

I’m not sure, but I think it sold out…………long pause. While on Instagram over the weekend, a few other bloggers had my dress on! Yes, my dress! The price point for this dress is what most people are willing to pay. I figured it would sell out. Don’t worry! I linked favorites! I like to be honest and say that an item is sold out, so you’re not annoyed when it’s not the dress in my photo’s.

Fashion posts are for idea’s, and inspiration! I have always loved clothes, shoes and make-up. My ENTIRE LIFE! I could have the flu, and still have on a full face of make-up….LOL! I went with minimal accessories for this look, I felt that the detailing on the sleeves was enough to complete this look!

Hey! It’s Friday! I hope everyone’s Friday is off to a great start! I plan to relax out back with my son, and mom by the pool this weekend. I really need to relax and kind of just clear my mind and rest! What do you guys have planned for the weekend?

Well, it’s Wednesday! Half way through the week! My goodness the summer heat has been something else! It seems like it’s blazing when I wake up, and blazing when go to sleep. I am loving off the shoulder tops as of late! And, it seems like everyone else is loving them as well. They are super simple, and easy to wear! I love American Eagle shorts because my legs are larger than the average female. I have big thighs, and I cannot lie…LOL! I always size up in shorts! This particular chambray top is not true to size. This is a small, and it a tad too big. I linked a few other options below $30.00. I pushed a little with Chambray and denim, but who cares. I thought it was super cute! I have had this top since the beginning of the Spring season, and have walked past it in my closet at least 50 times! LOL! I think I have one similar.  I don’t know how I feel about the ties on the sleeves. I will have to wear it again to get a complete assessment. The Steve Madden heels are LIFE! LOVE THEM!

Hey! I hope everyone’s Wednesday is off to a great start! How did yesterday’s workout go?

I have had to force myself to get back into a good workout routine. I have had so many doctors appointments as of late, and its been hardddddd!!!!!!  I caught myself picking certain workouts, easy workouts, and eating more carbs than I normally would. Carbs taste so good, and they sell them everywhere! I have the mind of an obese person, and I have to be mindful of this everyday of my life. I have also been under a lot of STRESS! Stress will wreck your body like no one’s business! I never sleep more than 3 or 4 hours so I can’t use that as an excuse…LOL! #veteranproblems

N-E-Way I did yesterday’s workout, and my legs are screaming! I made sure to do LISS, and I am going to make sure I stay consistent with LISS 3-4 times per week. LISS is hard to stay consistent with..it’s boring. Just keeping it real! Find a place of peace, and get your LISS done. It will shed body fat!

I hope everyone is having an amazing morning! I took a few minutes to link a few of my favorite HIGHLIGHTER’s! Highlight gives your make-up that extra pop! I normally like warm and golden highlight, but will sometimes venture in to the pinks. I have YELLOW undertones, which is the worst! So hard to match! As long as I don’t look like an orange I’m good! LOL! I still watch tones of YOUTUBE video’s, and learn different tricks of the trade everyday. Sometimes I use my highlighter or illuminator as blush, ITS AMAZE!

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday morning! 

I have been MIA for a bit, but will be back to updating the workout section! I have had a few offers from Personal Trainers to program my weekly workout section, and I said no…LOL!

I’m still a certified personal trainer…with no clients! LOL! My goal is not to have clients, but to bring knowledge, and workouts to my readers that offer variety and work! I plan is to start including high protein snack ideas in the near future as well! 

So, It seems like leg and ab workouts have been of big concern for tons of people. I like to do high rep workouts when it comes to my abs, and lower body. DON’T forget to ALWAYS do your LISS at a steady heart rate 30-45 minutes 3-4 times per week! Make the time to get it done! I know, I know…I don’t feel like doing it either, wonk, wonk!

Hey! I hope everyone’s Monday is off to a great start! I loved all of the Father’s Day post yesterday! Pretty Amazing! I want to start off by saying that the last few weeks, and days have been filled with so much tragedy and loss. It has been absolutely heart wrenching. It’s hard to watch any kind of news, much less be on social media. I pray God restores peace, and solace in the hearts of those who have suffered the loss of loved ones. I pray for love, in a time in which I feel our country needs it most. And lastly, I pray that no Presidential candidate use tragedy as political gain, and focus only on the needs of the American People.

Every now and again I like to remind everyone about the perception on social media. Social media portrays the best version of ourselves. I know my Instagram does. I have seen some Instagram accounts, especially (weight-loss) that show the real deal. I commend the ladies that show their true before and afters. But, the majority of people do not show their true form. ME! LOL!

My photo’s are taken with a digital camera, which look very different from iPhone photo’s. VERY DIFFERENT! Sometimes I take a selfie and I’m like, NOPE! LOL! j/k. j/k! All of my photos have a filter to fit the theme of my Insta. I don’t wear a full face of make-up everyday. But, when I am going out for the day, I do get dressed and wear make-up. I feel like this is good for me mentally, and physically. Even if I feel the worst, I make myself. My life is not perfect, it’s far from it. We all have personal things that go on in our life, you know? It’s easy to get sucked up into social media, and think that a person is #perfection, and they are not. The snaps we take most likely take 10-15 minutes of our entire day. The editing most likely takes the most time, which I don’t do. My son does my editing! He is so good at anything photography wise, and social media in general. Snaps occur 1-2 times per week out of love for fashion, style or make-up. The same love as someone who may love to run, or bike or swim. I think people forget, that we love fashion what goes into having a blog, and that writing/blogging is out of love. I am extremely selective about the content that I offer. I say no ALOT!  Just remember that no one is perfect as you scroll insta, I know I’m not!

Hey ya’ll! I hope everyone is having a great day so far! The weekend went by really fast, but I spent time around the house with my mom. My mom is literally my best friend, and the best mom I could have ever been given in life.  My mom, and I went to Salata for lunch, and I wore this little outfit! I felt like I needed to dress up a little to get out of my work wearing funk! You know, when you wear workout clothes like errrrday. I feel like I have been doing that  a bunch as of late. We dropped my son off at his friends on the way, and he snapped a few photo’s before we dropped him off. I decided to dress up this little maxi with these heels! I LOVE THEM! Seriously they were super comfy! I have had these bad boys for a long while but have never worn them. You can easily dress these heels down with shorts or destroyed denim as well.

I love the color of this maxi! It was super comfy, and I loved the color combo! I could easily dress this maxi down with a pair of flats as well! I am very careful with maxi dresses, as they hide weight VERY well. And, I have gained weight! EEEEEKKKKKKKK! I will alway have a fat girl mind, and know that I have to be aware at all times.
