Weekly Workout + Lower Body Focus
I hope everyone is having a great Monday so far. I had to go and pick up my little one, he wasn’t feeling to well at all. I was super bummed that I couldn’t get him an appointment today. His allergies are really getting the best of him this season, and I have been so worried about him, among other things. #mommyproblems.
N-E-Way, I am working out when I can. When I feel well enough to do so. Some days I just don’t have the energy. Or I will do a full blown workout, and then fell like shit for the rest of the day. I am still searching for balance and wellness post surgery. The surgery I had may not have been the best surgery for me. I had moderate reflux prior to having surgery, and now my REFLUX IS ON FIRE LIKE A BIA, and my bowels won’t quit. I’m starting to think I need a healer (neuropath) and not a doctor. Neuropaths are not covered by insurance, and are REALLY, REALLY expensive. But, I’m sick of spending my days on the toilet (TMI), and eating tum’s like they are tic tac’s. So, that is where I am, meditation has helped keep me still.

Weekly Workout (HIIT)
Hey ya’ll! I hope every is having a great week so far! I am trying to get back into a good workout routine. I was able to go to Crossfit this morning. First time in many mornings. GAH! I swear I have literally had a doctors appointment almost every morning. Shit is beyond annoying to my LIFE! Having 3 surgeries since February is ALOT! I am still meditating, and tying to clear my head space. I am listening to some amaze podcast that have been life changing….real tho! Putting so much in perceptive.
I can’t see myself having anymore surgeries. Shit gives me anxiety thinking about it. I feel like I have anesthesia brain, I can’t remember ANYTHING! I have to write everything down!
I am always going to keep things real with ya’ll. My exercise routine has been horrible! I have been a CARDIO queen. Cardio is easy, you don’t have to do any thinking to do cardio. Just go! I can see a difference in my body from doing only cardio. My arms are saggy, baggy! Even body weight movements can help toning! Nothing is heavier than your own body weight!

So lets get back together for another weekly workout with HIIT! I know its hot, but the workouts must go on! You guys know that I am still recovering, and feel like a straight up smoker! But, its cool or whatever. Actually, its not! LOL!
Alright! Lets get this party started! Take very little BREAKS! The goal is to consistently move! Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids…..cause its HOT outside ya’ll!

I hope everyone is doing well today! I wanted to take some time and get a workout posted this morning. I know we can all get into the routine of doing the same workouts over and over. On Saturday I was driving to the bank in Cibolo and I noticed that an Orange Theory is going to be opening! I wish it was a Soul Cycle, but I have wanted to try out Orange Theory! Anyway, I think it would be neat to get a punch card or something. Maybe go once a week.

Hey! I hope everyone is doing well today! THIS TEXAS HEAT THO! It’s crazy to think that the weather hasn’t reached the level of miserable yet. N-E-Way, I hope the last few workouts have been helpful! I feel like I am in the worst possible shape of my life, do you ever feel that way? Kind of like you are dragging dead weight…LOL! Things always seem to go well, and then….PLUNK! Am I right. Dang, I have had more medical issues in the last year than I think I have had in my entire life. I’m always honest, I have to be careful because I have a non-reboundable personality. I have started meditating, everyday. It has been very helpful. I am looking forward to having surgery soon, and working on my inner and outer health!

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday morning!
I have been MIA for a bit, but will be back to updating the workout section! I have had a few offers from Personal Trainers to program my weekly workout section, and I said no…LOL!
I’m still a certified personal trainer…with no clients! LOL! My goal is not to have clients, but to bring knowledge, and workouts to my readers that offer variety and work! I plan is to start including high protein snack ideas in the near future as well!
So, It seems like leg and ab workouts have been of big concern for tons of people. I like to do high rep workouts when it comes to my abs, and lower body. DON’T forget to ALWAYS do your LISS at a steady heart rate 30-45 minutes 3-4 times per week! Make the time to get it done! I know, I know…I don’t feel like doing it either, wonk, wonk!
